Sam: -Closes the door to his appartment before hearing his mom-
Mary: Sam is that you?
Sam: Ya mom.
Mary: Can you come to the kitchen? We need to talk.
Sam: -Sighs and then goes to walk over to the kitchen-
Mary: I wanted to show you the houses we were going to look at.
Sam: You mean you are. Mom, I am not going.
Mary: -Turns to look at him- Yes, you are Sam. We are doing this as a family. We are here to vis....
Sam: To visit me. I get it mom but you have to understand, I have a daughter and a wife now. They need me.
Mary: Sam, we are moving here to be with you again and we are taking a chance because you want us here right?
Sam: -Looks at his mom- Of course I want you here. I love seeing you and dad and being with you guys but do not put it on me for being the reason to stay.
Mary: Why? You agreed to help us with a job and income. Sam, we need you and you definatively need us.
Sam: No, I don't. I am a grown man now with a wife and a daughter. I have everything I need here.
Mary: -Sighs- Why can't you just come?
Sam: Because right now, I need to concentrate on my life. My life with my daughter and wife.
Mary: Sam, you have barely been with us. Pleae, come spend time with us. We are here to celebrate her birth with you and visit.
Sam: -Looks at her- Mom, I have made up my mind and I am not going.
Mary: Yes you are. You are still under 18 and I am your boss.
Sam: Not anymore. You told me things change when I got married and had a daughter, we agreed on that. Why doesn't this fall under the category of things have changed?
Mary: -Sighs- Because we are family. Family helps each other.
Sam: Yes and family understands when situations change. Like mine and my wife's situation. Do you not understand that my schedule does not just depend on myself now? My schedule is dependant on what my wife and my daughter are capable to handle. My 4 day old daughter. It is hard enough to get enough sleep right now. How do you think we are supposed to take her to a house visit?
Mary: Only you need to come, Quinn and Beth don't.
